Sabine Saoud Matli is a dedicated and accomplished Registered Dietitian with a passion for improving health through nutrition. Previously served as the Director of Food and Nutrition at a prominent hospital in New Jersey, Sabine expertly managed an impressive $11 million business, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of dietary care.

With a wealth of experience, Sabine has worked extensively with patients across various disease states, including cardiac conditions, diabetes, pulmonary, cancer, ICU, post-bariatric surgery, and those undergoing transplant procedures. Her decade-long experience in dialysis has proven invaluable, as she has helped numerous patients enhance their health and improve their clinical scores.

Recognized for her commitment to sustainable practices, Sabine was honored with the NJDEP award for sustainability year 2023, reflecting her dedication to both patient wellness and environmental health.

Outside of her professional achievements, Sabine is a proud wife and mother of two. She enjoys cooking and believes that preparing healthy meals is a fundamental part of family life.
